Very Hobble
Toscana Apartments is a very beautiful place but it can be very overwhelming leaving here. Don't have freedom. family members cant stay overnight or visit and if they stay or visit you need to give the office notice .When visitors are alloud they can only stay for 3 days. imagine having family members traveling from outside the country to visit. They can't becuse it's against their policy . Its really a bad place. whenever something breaks in your apartment you have to pay for it. They will... not come and fix it . They come for inspections every 4 to 6 months , i call it the shake down and then they tell you what you can have in your apartment and what you can't have . that is very bad. you can't even enjoy your place. It can be overwhelming and very stressful in leaving here.i have never lived in a place like this. Very horrible and sad.
