Looks great on the outside and great sales pitches from the staff, but it is all a ruse to get you to sign a contract and have poor communication and less than stellar satisfaction.

Towne at Glendale used to be a nice place to live, Greystar has turned it into overpriced trash.

Maintenance team is amazing they are very sufficient and prompt. They go above and beyond to met tenants expectations and to ensure our safety. Whenever I have placed a ticket they have fixed every issue at hand. Thank you
