Fairway Park Apartments in Orange!

We moved in about a year ago to date and honestly we had somewhat of a rough start. However being in Orange County, it's one of the better apartment homes for the price ( about $1500 a/mo for a 2 bd, 2ba & a small patio). Bedrooms are a decent size!

The issues we had were with bugs. Upon moving here we were told they had fumigated a few days prior, but I guess no one cleaned up after because we found dead and alive roaches in the kitchen and restroom. (GROSS) With the amount of roaches in...
there I'm assuming the previous tenants just let it get out of hand...once my hubby sealed up the cabinets and the restroom corners and such the problem stopped for the most part.

The apartment itself is a bit dated, walls are painted cream and brown. The kitchen has a stove and cabinets that may be from the 60's I'm not sure. All rooms are carpeted. Bathrooms and kitchen have linoleum. The master bath is just a shower/sink/toilet and the second restroom comes with a small tub in the shower along with a toilet and a sink. There are some issues of mold in the restrooms which I believe are from lack of proper ventilation and just the caulking being really dated and worn.

You get a detached garage which is really for your car. Additional parking has a wait list and you are charged extra. If you have more than one car - street parking is extremely limited after 3pm. Everyone is vying for a spot, so forget having guests over after that time.

There is an onsite laundry room and a pool area.

What makes it worthwhile has been that the noise level is low. There are only 4 apartments per building & we have good neighbors. Close to convenience store, gas station, freeway entrance and schools.

It's a bargain for the price! Hope this helps!
