The Whispering Fountains at Laguna Woods Apartments

For over a year I have been inundated with cockroaches which they said would be resolved by bombs I am still still waiting. I was scheduled for Labor Day of course the pest company is not open so another delay. I had to remind the manager that the date she had planned on was Labor Day .
Keep looking it maybe cheap but not worth it. Unless of course you like roaches in your place.

Though located well near the beach, this old delapidated former convalescent hospital which the rooms were converted into tiny one bedroom apartment where the elderly smoke is prevalent. Age requirement is 55. There is no counter space, it is as basic as rooms come. Takes forever to get management to fix anything and when they do, they leave a mess. I can't wait to move.

As a fifteen year resident I can say this style of living is terrific. We have benefited tremendously paying far less as renters than it would be to own a home in our neighborhood. Utilities, basic cable, and a refrigerator all included in the monthly rent. What I love the most though is that the management allows upgrades, all at your own cost that meet with their approval of course. This really allowed us to make our unit to truly feel like home. We over much like the area where we live,... it's walkable community, it's safety, and all around great atmosphere. We won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Read More
