I've been living at the current since they opened. I love the amenities and the area. Being close to the beach is always top tier! Only draw backs are that the rent increases at lease renewals, one parking space, no perks like one month free when you renew your lease anymore.

The additional monthly Parking charges are ridiculous. There is no Loyalty once becoming a tenant, especially if leased for 5 years. It is purely transactional treatment, and your rent will increase. There are different rules for other people and timing. I rarely take time to take polls, but this is important to understand.

I recently had a FexEx package stolen from mail room. Granted it is open common area however it is resident only area and this leaves really bad taste in my mouth. It is impossible to mistenly pick up a package addressed to someone else’s name, you know?
