Of course, since we are in LA, the big thing is PARKING. You get a reserved spot. It must be seen to be believed. There’s also an elevator – no stairs for you! (Unless you want to.) TWO laundry rooms on-site means no more going to the laundromat. The AC units allow for refuge from those hot LA days, and the large windows and sliding doors are perfect for letting in the sunshine and clear air of our beautiful California days. The building is secure, with packages able to be delivered INSIDE a locked area to avoid “missing” packages. A new intercom system is currently being installed, and cameras are being upgraded.

- Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit must fill out a separate application.
- Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant.

-Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount.

Credit Score:
-Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor.

-Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person.

Disappointing management

Be aware that water shutdowns occur monthly without notice, and the callbox has been non-functional for two months. It's unclear if there's an on-site manager, and problem resolution often takes several days. Despite a great location, the recent change in management has led to poor overall management.

New Management Company Doesn't Care

Coastline Equity is the new management company that took over. the previous owner/manager. This is what happens when big companies take over. All they do is increase your rent and add random charges but the building is just getting worse. It took about 4 months for them to fix our call box, the cleanliness/maintenance infront and around is getting worse. Only thing that's good is the location is central to markets, restaurants but they'll use every opportunity to charge you the most and do the... least.
