This place has the most insane amenities and views I've ever seen! I can't get enough of it. I constantly find myself staring out the window thinking how lucky we are to live here. Let's talk about the real reason you should move in, though: The people! Robert stayed in constant communication with me while we waited for our big move day. On moving day, Willie and Christian gave us V-VIP treatment! They helped my movers get set up, and offered everyone a crispy cold water with the Alloy logo on... the botte--how cool is that?! Every one of my neighbors are some of the kindest, most interesting people I've met in LA. We hit the jackpot at Alloy and never want to leave. If you're into vibes, awesome people, and stunning views this place is for you.

Shower Water Pressure

Just moved into the building and as far as the building is concerned - I’m impressed. The building itself is beautiful with excellent amenities (some nearing final construction). A big 5 stars for Rob and the leasing team—they’ve been professional and incredibly helpful, even as they navigate the natural kinks of a new building/processes.

That said, one issue really stands out and weighs heavily on the overall review: the low shower water pressure. Unfortunately, it’s not just low—it’s...
literally a trickle. To put it into perspective, I’ve experienced better water pressure in remote areas of developing countries. While this might seem like a small detail, it’s not when the building is being positioned as the best in the city. For me a great shower is key to start the day right... and this issue is a major frustration.

I’ve submitted feedback and hope it’s resolved soon.... However, if it remains unresolved, it raises serious concerns about whether I made the right choice....

We sincerely apol ogize for the frustration you're experiencing with the shower water pressure. We understand how important a good shower is to start your day right. The shower heads in our building are designed to be low-flow (1.5 GPM) to comply with the green building code and to help us achieve the LEED certification we are aiming for. This means that the restrictors in the shower heads, which are necessary for this compliance, can result in lower water pressure than you might be accustomed to.

Please rest assured that our construction team is conducting a full inspection to ensure that the 1.5 GPM standard is being met consistently throughout the building. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to making your experience at Alloy as comfortable as possible.

Living in Alloy has been an absolute joy for me. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a stunning lobby and a friendly concierge team that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are next-level—think rooftop pool with panoramic city views, a state-of-the-art gym, and even a cozy lounge space perfect for working or unwinding.

My apartment is modern, spacious, and designed with so much attention to detail. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and the...
finishes are sleek yet practical. Having an in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus, and the building’s soundproofing is excellent—I barely hear my neighbors.

The location is unbeatable, with tons of great restaurants and shops just steps away. It’s truly the best of both worlds: luxury living with the convenience of urban life. If you’re considering a move here, do it—you won’t regret it!
