Horrible

This place is not worth your money. Nice floor plan, but very poor management. Poor maintenance. Only 4 washers and 4 dryers for the whole apartment complex (more than 20 units). Smokers are allowed to smoke anywhere. Smoke gets into the room. Tar seeps out of the ceilings. Very unhealthy place to live. Do NOT recommend. I am 100% sure you can find a better apartment complex in the Millbrae area.
