Luxury apartments the amenities are nice if they worked, however you are conveniently close to public transportation and Old Town Monrovia is within walking distance

This place is horrible with even worse staff, this place is totally unacceptable for the price that people are forced to pay to live here, If I could move I would.

I have been living here for a while, and the recent improvements are truly impressive! The new staff, Niki and David, are fantastic—friendly, responsive, and dedicated to making our community better. They've enhanced the overall living experience, making this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

The apartment unit was decent. when we planned to move out, the new management company asked to do the inspection, and we did as they asked. The inspection result was good, but guess what, they took all our deposit. so what was the inspection for?! The apartment is pet friendly, YES! because you can see the dog waste everywhere, sometimes even in the hallway. And they don't have any green grass for dogs if your dog is picky... The apartment is right next to the Metro station, you can imagine the... safety and cleanliness issues. The jacuzzi was always dirty, I had never seen it been cleaned. There was one unit on the second floor, a couple always opened their balcony door when they watched the game, they were yelling like wild animals.
