The Uptown Apartments

I liked this place very much! Wide and bright rooms, beautiful amenities, nice views. Overall, it was home. I lived here for more than two years. We moved out feeling sad, especially my two year old. Our unit had a defect, a vibrating noise coming from the floor, which at times kept me awake at night. After living for a year, I requested ( more like begging) the management to fix the problem or transfer me to other unit with similar price or current market price. However they did not because of... their “ policy “ which assumes the market price of any unit is at list $300 per month from current price (not true at all) and 500 transfer cost. Well, I hope my toddler gets used to his new apartment and likes it the same. But for those of you who want to rent here , I recommend this place but make sure to check for any defects before signing the lease. Read More

The office staff is helpful especially Alonzo. The security staff is also just as amazing. At first the work order process was a bit exhausting however it was rectified in due time.

It’s been great so far. Very quiet and peaceful. I love the fact that by moving into The Uptown, it has shaved about 30 - 40 minutes off of my daily work commute.

Uptown is the place you want to live Downtown: #1 Staff, Security, Amenities, Community, and a Safe, Clean Environment. The cons are that if you aren't nice and friendly, don't apply because everyone in the Uptown community will welcome you. ??????#Uptown

It’s decent & safe. Little evidence of an imagination outside this. But uptown deserves credit where it’s due. It is a decent & safe place to live
