I have resided on this property for nearly three years and have encountered numerous ongoing issues. Building security remains inconsistent, and many residents fail to clean up after their pets, leaving the surrounding grounds in poor condition. While the maintenance staff does an exceptional job in their efforts to uphold a clean environment, the lack of accountability among residents continues to undermine these efforts. It is very disappointing. The office staff is not friendly or inviting... the Community Manager never walks the property and there are very few activities and events held for residents. I only remain a resident here because I have a washer and dyer in my unit.
