Very clean, great neighbors, very quick maintenance response, and maybe most importantly....we will safe in the community. For example, deliveries are respected and are left untouched at the owner's door.

Living at Avana Stoneridge

Since moving to Avana Stoneridge- I have found it is an amazing place to live! The leasing staff are super friendly and understand your problems. The pool area is a great place to hang out. Love the access to the Iron Horse Trail!!

Front office team is super professional and helpful. Toured 1 bed and 2 bed options and KC answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to move in next week!

We love to live here.

We have lived here at Avana since June 2021 and we really like it here. It is a very quiet and family-friendly community. The common/pool area is excellent, the staff is friendly and polite. And the service is efficient whenever we need maintenance. Another thing we appreciate is the ample parking, we always have spaces for our cars and also for visitors. In short, we are very satisfied with our community.
