From the very first phone call all the way through the entire rental process which only took two weeks the entire process was very smooth, informative and professional from the entire team !! Avila is close to everything even the toll road. The RSM lake is only one mile away and we have full access to that as well I really enjoy the pool areas at night with all of the lighting, palm trees , Mediterranean landscaping I can go on and on but I want you to know that it actually feels like your in a... 5 star resort. The gym is open 24 hours and it’s got all of the equipment you need including a rack of dead weights. The pool areas have gazebos around the pool and really nice chairs and Lounges if your looking in RSM do yourself a favor and check out Avila

I love living here at the Avila Apartments Community. The neighbors are friendly, staff is always top-notch and the amenities exceed my expectations. All stores, restaurants, etc. are so close, it's amazing. I feel safe here and count living here a blessing!
