I love living here at the Avila Apartments Community. The neighbors are friendly, staff is always top-notch and the amenities exceed my expectations. All stores, restaurants, etc. are so close, it's amazing. I feel safe here and count living here a blessing!

We love unit we are in because the walls aren’t thin so it’s pretty quiet. The only noise we have is because the unit backs to the tollroad but that doesn’t bother us and we knew that beforehand.
I do recommend that when picking an apartment on the third floor, like we did, to take into consideration having to carry groceries or other larger items. But our legs are stronger since moving in so that’s a plus LOL.
