Unsafe building

I lived here for a year would not recommend this building was not safe and poor management roof was raggedy gutter fell when it was raining I slipped and fell on the stairs trying to dodge the gutter that fell and injured my back notified management they did not care .They never was wanting to replace or fix things and did not give a crap about tenants management treated them any kind of way . Space was very small for the amount of money they were charging windows were very old heater was out... dated smoke detector would go off when I turned heater on walls was thin neighbors was always arguing and when I moved they refused to give me my deposit back kitchen vent was no good floors sinking in and squeaky . They would try to charge tenants non compliance fees for having things on the porch .
