My husband and I lived here for a year. Everything was okay at first but we started noticing things towards the end of our lease. The office staff would not answer our calls/ return our messages once we gave our notice that we were moving out. We did not receive our security deposit back and had to pay, as they claimed we damaged the apartment (my husband and I were the only ones who lived here and were rarely home). Aside from normal wear and tear, the apartment was not in bad condition as they... claimed. When we asked for the pictures of the damage, we were told we could come in to see them as they could not be emailed from an iPad (when they knew we had moved out of state and this was not possible). We finally received pictures after contacting upper management (multiple times) weeks later, but it did not show all “damages” they claimed. To avoid any issues as we were in the process of purchasing a home, we paid the fees. We do not recommend living here. The price is too high for what you’re getting (no dishwasher, poor paint job/flooring job, dog poop everywhere, homeless people in the trashcans and around the complex, poor management, hot water turned off randomly and constantly) and the headaches you’ll deal with. The only good thing here was the responsiveness of the maintenance team (Gaspar).

there is no reason this property is this expensive, no indoor laundry or dishwasher, grounds are always full of dog poop. staff is very rude and inconsiderate not matter how long you been there. complete joke. the parking lot is not monitored and has all kinds of homeless people breaking into cars and stealing packages right off the door step.

At first these apartments were great soooo I thought
First day we moved it the door knobs all broke off the shower rods broke off they repaint all the cabinets and doors so door get stuff and you have to pull them super hard to open them from all the layers of paint !
Smell of cigarettes goes through the vents horrible when you have kids !
Our shower ceiling collapsed within the first year of being here so that caused mold ! Maintenance here is great though super friendly!
But now for the... parking ..:: first night here our car got broken into shattered window and all in our car port
5 months pass by our car gets broken into again
Same spot
A year passes by our car gets broken into again !! Each time we call the office and they don't care !! Our neighs car got broken into that same month and they have the slot right next to us. The office lady told us to park in empty ports that no one uses
So we started parking in ports visible to us and no one was assigned to those slots okay no one and out of nowhere our car gets towed having to pay 200 bucks we call the office and they said there's nothing they can do when clearly they told us to park there !!! Now almost 2.5 years of living here our car got broken into again !!!!!
And they still haven't done anything about it !!
Security is probably scared and never comes out his office!
Then they raise the rent every year and promise u they won't if u extend your lease but that's all a lie to! Homeless people roam around the apartments and people digging through the trash
Overall horrible experience for my family and I
Other than the friendly maintenance staff love Them

I like the setting around the complex. So, All and all, I would say that it is a good arrangement. Great gardens, nicer spacious apartment community, that is gated. Sure feels like home!!
