How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth it!

The manager charges for everything. Your better off renting a house. Absolutely no parking especially if you have guests over the neighborhood is filled with crack heads and gun shots every other night. If you park outside you have to keep track of the street sweeper or else you get a ticket. Everything is all electric so just imagine the electric bill especially during the summer heat.
