*Sorry, but we do not allow pets. We have severe allergies to pet hair and dander, and cannot risk the exposure.

*Outside only, or there will be a $200 fine
*If cleaners have to pickup anything related to smoking, there will be a $50 fine

PARTIES/EVENTS/QUIET TIME
*STRICT no parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund
*No outdoor music after 8pm, voices down by 10pm

*In place for safety and liability reasons - if tampered with there will be a $200 fine
