The apartment is nice, quiet and safe. It’s also clean most of the area. It’s also very convenient and has a good location, very close to all the stores.

The process of viewing the units, to signing the lease, and explanation of site amenities was an easy one for us. Sierra helped us a lot and really helped sell us on settling here.

Management constantly changing. False sense of security with malfunctioning gates. Theft amongst neighbors in mailroom. Rules re animal waste is not reinforced.

Smooth leasing process and move-in...love my new home! Relocated from a sister property in Sunnyvale to be closer to work (5 days in the office now). Grateful for both Tamarind Sqaure's and Bridgepointe's teams for making this an easy transition.

There were some hiccups in the beginning of our move, but the new management seems promising! Some things we asked for took a little bit of time but most of our concerns were addressed!
