Not the place you want to call home

Excessively loud neighbors. People throwing glass all over the sidewalks. Tenants do not pick up after their dogs. Parking sucks after 5 pm. You can rent an entire house for the amount they charge for their 2 bedroom apartments. Best of all they bill you with what conveniently happens to be what they charge for an entire months rent AFTER you move out AFTER you do the walk through! A whole month later they called me wanting me to pay nearly $1500 to replace the carpet where they already made me... pay to get it cleaned telling me that’s all it needs!! I have lived all over the country in rentable houses and apartments and never had been blindsided with such an exceptional bill . Crazy.

Not worth the money

My husband and I along with our newborn moved in last summer. We have put in multiple work orders that never get filled. The place is cheaply put together. You can hear through the walls like paper. They are extremely unprofessional (front desk smells like moldy cigarettes). We looked to move into a bigger place for our family. They constantly came up with a different number, different fees, different contract and when we came to sign lease, they extended it another year. The garbage removal... never comes on time daily. There is dog poop all over the yard. They allow multiple families to live on one home causing noise disturbances regularly. It’s really too bad because this place has potential if the front knew what they were doing and could get it together.

Stay Away!

The worst customer service ever.
Parkings a nightmare.
Pot smoke everywhere.
No one picks up after pets.
Trash in the common area and left outside for days.
Gym is a joke.
Pool is closed every other day for broken glass.
Hot tubs been broken for 6months.
Front desk management are stuck up and very rude.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with.

Overpriced and poor quality materials.

Solaire

Solaire Alts are quiet and comfortable. Excellent maintenance staff! Office staff not great communicators or especially friendly. Was miscommunication about water not being included in the rent. Also was not told about valet trash service until went to pick up the keys and had to pay an extra fee. Landscaping moderate. They seem to use too much water. A lot of spiders everywhere.
