Overall, it is a great place to live. The maintenance has been better since the change of ownership. I have lived here 8 years, but the only time my aged appliances have been replaced is when they fail to work. The stove, microwave, etc. is very old and run down. Generally, the property is kept up, but there are occurrences when people use their front porch as a trash area. And maintenance is supposed to change my air conditioner filters quarterly, but that isn't happening. Keep in mind that... this is likely issues at all rental properties. So, don't get me wrong when I list the items that I think need improvement, because I do love living here. It is very quiet.
