So far so good! I moved in a few days ago. The apartment is clean. All seems to be in order here. Since the apartment a bit older than all of the new high rises being built on Park Meadows Drive (but no less beautiful) There is oodles of storage in the apartment and the rooms are big. I really like that.

Office staff and maintenance have horrible communication which leads to tenants going days without heat or hot water.

The lease signing process was very good. Tamara was very helpful in getting things wrapped up at the earliest. Also the amneties offered in the apartment are really good
