I have maintenance needs constantly with my unit. I have sent comments several times after maintenance. The staff will not knock on the door but just enter and say maintenance when they enter. This is a home not a hotel and there should be a process. 1 schedule a timeframe and call first. The current process is extremely disruptive. Secondly, the team leaves a mess. I have had to throw away items that were stepped on and soiled because of your staff. I don’t mind giving my access to enter but... there needs to be a process. Thirdly, there should be a note left stating someone was in the unit. If you want to act like a hotel and enter whenever you want, then follow the hotel process and leave a note and the work that was done and the outcome of the work. I am happy to help you with this, it’s simple and common sense.
