Avoid Avoid Avoid!
This place is extremely easy to get into but if you ever have any issues please note they will not be addressed. The property itself is disgusting, trash hanging over bins, rodents like racoons rummaging through and jumping at tenants and the security gate never works. With the exception of 1 person, Mike, the rest of the office crew is very rude and dismissive of tenant issues. Their only job is to bring in new tenants, not handle current ones with respect. They also have no maintenance crew.... As a former tenant, I had an issue that lasted 9 months. The main office promised to get it fixed no less than 10 times and it was never resolved.
