RESA is a great place to live. I really love the building, the community, and it feels like home. The management team does a great group organizing events for residents, which have been so fun to attend. Also, a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, who are fantastic.

Everything was very smooth and quick, which was awesome, because we had an unusually quick turnaround for signing, and moving our apartment. Wade was particularly accommodating in getting everything pushed through in a single day, and we are very grateful!

I’ve been enjoying my time at RESA. It’s a great community, the amenities are nice, and the staff and management are friendly. There’s still a good amount of construction in the area between roads being worked on and a possible other structure going up on M Street, so that’s just one thing that creates a bit more noise and activity in the area. One thing I wish there was more of was green space outside for pets. I don’t have a pet, but I think that could help a lot with pets needing to go to... the bathroom right outside of the main entrance on the walkway.
