RESA Apartamentos

I’ve been enjoying my time at RESA. It’s a great community, the amenities are nice, and the staff and management are friendly. There’s still a good amount of construction in the area between roads being worked on and a possible other structure going up on M Street, so that’s just one thing that creates a bit more noise and activity in the area. One thing I wish there was more of was green space outside for pets. I don’t have a pet, but I think that could help a lot with pets needing to go to... the bathroom right outside of the main entrance on the walkway. Lee mas

So far, 5 stars! The staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance is great. I love the amenities here and the community is very welcoming. Resa is always hosting events for their residents to build community.

The building is great, and the staff are very helpful. The gym is excellent and amenities are good. Security around the building can be improved though, as there have been several instances of shootings right in front of the building.

Resa is amazing! The facilities are great and the staff is always friendly. I love the rooftop and the pool, the building has great communal areas. Within the apartment, appliances are updated and very nice. Hallways are wonderful and peaceful .

RESA is a fantastic place to live. I’ve lived here for just over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff are incredibly kind, the amenities are great, and I feel like the team continues to try and elevate the resident experience whenever possible.
