Leaky Roofs and Poor Response Times
The roof constantly leaks above our pantry and closet. You have to constantly take out the food from the pantry and your clothes out of the closet so they do not get wet. Management only temporarily fixes the problems. They are also very delayed in responding to maintenance requests. You usually have to put in two to three requests and it takes about two months for your request to be completed.
