They are just amazing! , community is super clean, great facilities, amazing apartments, leasing office are amazing people and always keep communications up to date, winter storm was bad and they were all taking care of us all giving advices and letting us know ANYTHING we need to hear, maintenance people go immediately to help you out, best community we haver ever live in! You’ll love it!

I waited 6 months to review on this site. I have to say I love my apartment and my community. Best decision I made was to move here. The actual apartments are very spacious and have all the upgrades, being a new build. I love the tile floors and the new kitchen and bathrooms are hands down the best in The Shoals area.
The community is safe and grounds are kept immaculate. The hallways and the back of my apartment are well lit too. It’s quiet and surrounded by pretty wooded views. Somehow, I’ve... taken up bird watching relaxing with my cat. Abundant peace and calmness here.
It’s also close to anywhere I want to go too. The apartment is well insulated. Bonus, my electric bills have been the lowest ever in my life. Management and maintenance are top notch too. A+! They actually want to help you and every interaction I have had, has been with politeness and a smile. Definitely check them out.

I loved living at Villas at Riverside. The apartment management and maintenance staff are friendly, quick, and do their jobs well. My year at the property was safe, comfortable, and convenient to both Muscle Shoals and Florence. The apartments themselves are modern and up to date. The pool is such an added bonus for relaxation. Truly a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

The apartment is not durable. The paint came off the walls extremely easy by just brushing up against it. I had a tile break on the floor after dropping a cereal bowl. Overall, the amenities are not great for the price and parking is a NIGHTMARE.

The Villas at Riverside provides such a wonderful location with quick access to both downtown Florence and Muscle Shoals. Staff is exceptionally friendly and very easygoing. The apartments themselves are comfortable and cozy. Really enjoyed my time living at The Villas at Riverside.
