Sentinel of Conway Apartments

My nephew moved into one of there apartment and needed a washer and dryer. We got him brand new LG appliances. Later they started renovating the apartments. They moved him into an apartment which already had a washer and dryer. When he asked for them to remove there washer and dryer so he could use his the manager said no. He asked could they put them in his old apartment that he moved out of and the manager said no. They expect him to put his in storage and pay for storage fees. When I tried to... talk to the manager she stated she couldn't talk to me because I wasn't on the lease. I told my nephew what to tell her and she still refused. Stating that they want there appliances in the new renovated apartments. When he first moved in they stated they don't supply the washer and dryers yet there where places to put them. He has not had this washer and dryer nit even 8 months now we are having to deal with this issue they've caused. The office never answers the phone and manager is very snippy. I live all the way in Saint Paul, Minnesota. My nephew was a premature baby and has struggled but has amazed my family with the things he has accomplished and can do on his own. I wish he never moved in this place. Management has went downhill. Lee mas

Been trying to get through to these people, none answers the phone or returns messages, if this is how their customer service is pre rental imagine how poor it is after your there, horrid!!! Avoid like the plague

Property continuously neglects to contact residents properly and only give a 24 hour prior flier posted at the community center for bedbugs they did not disclose. "Amenities" are a sham with not a single time in 2 years has the pool been open like their site states, no workout center, no maintenance crew, high turnover rate for all positions of management. Would NOT recommend to my WORST enemy, and community is not taken care of with answers from the property management as they try to skirt... around doing morally reprehensible policies. There is a reason this apartment is the cheapest, you get what you buy... Lee mas

Would give zero stars. Their pool is broken and gross. They don't have a fitness center like they say that they do. If you drive thru the place you will find that it looks NOT the same as the online photos. Not to mention last I knew the phone lines had been broke for a couple months so you couldn't even call

May of 2022 we contacted this place wanting to relocate to AR due to health issues of my in laws. They had ZERO problems taking my money for application fees AND for deposit!! They were supposed to email lease agreement and NEVER DID!! we were told a move in date of 7/31/2022 and when we tried to call to check on things with our upcoming move in the phone # at the complex says its disconnected or no longer in service! After trying to call them over 40 times and calling the property management... number and leaving 3 URGENT MESSAGES no calls were ever returned!! So we drove from IL to AR to talk to Cornelia only to find out of the office til Monday!
We were at the property June 1st and we were given an apartment # and told the pool was broken and getting fixed that week...LOL as of 7/16/2022 still broken and a final notice from city of conway code enforcement hanging on the door about the pool!! I'm guessing they just want money from people any way they can get it!!
