2.5 hours before I moved in, they said my unit wasn't ready and I'd need to switch to another unit, that was over $100 more than the one I signed a lease for. Then I was told there was additional monies to be paid, which could Only be paid by money order.
They sent me the wrong lease, which was for 18 months after I asked for 12 months. Additional documentation needed signing.
I was told next months needed to be paid up front because of the "after the 25" rule, yet I moved in before the 25th. I... had to locate the unit by myself, no one showed me where anything on property was, including my unit. Unit had numerous issues and wasn't cleaned properly. Work orders take multiple days to resolve even if it's an emergency.
