Worst place ever!

This group are neglectful in the care of the property. Gates and codes never work. Try to always blame tenants for mechanical issues. Don’t collect the garbage. Over charge for crappy place. Office staff are deplorable. Do not rent here!!

Terrible Management

I can attest for the people here using your electricity bill to fund whatever they're working on. When we lived here our electricity bill would randomly spike for no reason so we asked the management and they advised us it was for something they did within our complex building. Don't let the high class architecture fool you; snakes dwell here. We moved into a clean apartment and randomly got bed bugs (we'd never had bugs in our entire life) and when the management found out they evicted us and... said we had to pay for everything. They sent in exterminators that barely glanced over the room and the bugs would be back the very next day. For the love of God, don't live here. If you value your money at all, don't live here, they will run you dry and then kick you out when you have nothing more to give.

It is our company policy that all vacant apartments are professionally inspected for bugs by a licensed pest control company prior to every move in. Your apartment home was inspected and cleared prior to your occupancy. After 9 months of your... occupancy, when we discovered there was a problem, we needed to take prompt action in order to prevent further issues. In which case these details were outlined in your signed lease agreement. Residents are billed directly by the electric company and we do not use our residents’ electricity. Terrible Experience

With the maintenance staff, I had to write up 2 work orders for each issue, because it NEVER was fixed the 1st time. After about 10 months, I had an ant problem. One morning I woke up and there were ants ALL OVER my kitchen - THE WALLS, THE FLOORS, THE CABINETS, THE SINK, THE DISHWASHER, THE COUNTERS. I called the front office and they said they couldn't do anything about it until Friday when a pesticide company visits the property. They refused to file it as a maintenance emergency. So, the guy... comes to spray the place that Friday and I thought the problem was solved, until the next morning and my kitchen was COVERED again. I had to call the desk a SECOND time and wait AGAIN the FOLLOWING Friday to have my apt sprayed. I spoke with a neighbor and they said they've had the same problem for a MONTH, even after calling the front desk on several different occasions.
I moved out after living there for 14 months and it went downhill REALLY fast. I received a final notice that said I owed over $300 and that was the amount AFTER they put in my refundable deposit. They failed to use my unit prep fee before using my refundable deposit, per their SIGNED LEASE CONTRACT. I tried calling the leasing office directly to resolve it, but once they write the final notice, they send it to their corp. office and cannot deal with it anymore. But, the "corp. office" is 1 woman, 1 phone number, that's NEVER answered and goes to voicemail, stating to give her 48 hours to respond. We ended up playing phone tag for about 2-3 weeks. I finally left a voicemail for her to email me and she did, I told her the mistake in the final notice and with a VERY QUICK response (it was obvious she didn't even look into the matter), she said the final statement was right and I was wrong. We kept playing phone tag and I became so fed up I filed a complaint with the BBB and told her that I filed it since I felt my issue was not getting resolved or addressed appropriately. Her response was LITERALLY," Wooww.....do not contact myself or the leasing office anymore. I will only communicate with you through the BBB." I was stunned with this response.Not only did she take 3 weeks to respond to the BBB, but her response was the exact same as to me: that I was wrong, the prep unit fee was used before my refundable deposit (the final statement shows absolutely NO PROOF OF THIS). I was forced to write this check merely so it did not go to collections.

Terrible Managment! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

So just out of no where these guys came in as new managers. My last months rent was late because I was not informed that my online auto pay would not be accepted because they didn't use the same system as the old company. So they charged me a 50 dollar late fee. They told me that they couldn't wave the late fee because it was out of there control in there system. They also told me that they provided us with a letter that said they would not be accepting online payments anymore. After I went back... and reread the letter they sent and realized it said nothing of the kind I argued with them until they finally agreed to wave the late fee. (i thought it was out of their control?) We moved out in Oct. They charged us crazy amounts for stuff that was very petty when we moved out. After we moved out I got a statement to move all the move out fees.like the oven wasn't cleaned right. 25 dollars. the fridge wasn't cleaned right. 25 dollars. Which may not have been spotless but it wasn't that dirty an we definitely cleaned it. Also I got my last bill for the electric and they used electricity in my apartment to do something and ran up a huge electric bill. I know it was someone their because the statement shows it was off for three days after we moved out and then randomly has usage after we moved out! So I had to pay for a n extra electric bill for usage I never used. I gave them a check for my last payments and fees and they lost it and now are charging me late fees 1 month after we left because they lost the check! I am going down tomorrow to hash it out with them again! The old management was way better management. These guys are very unprofessional .If you are smart. Don't move in here. The staff is terrible and unfriendly and they all have a chip on their shoulder. Its a sorry shame because the place has a lot of class but the staff is taking it down fast. I am so glad we got out when we did!
