Apartment nightmare
I did not have mail box or gate code or remote key access for over a month and half. since moving in. I had to go into office multiple times to complain.. after complaining so many times they finally rekeyed my mailbox and got my remote to work and my number to manually enter in.
Month in.. Once I started seeing alive roaches I immediately put in a work order which was closed out again no communication at all had to go to the office to find out why my order was closed out and what they were... going to do about it.. they were going to schedule a spray a week went by pest control finally came in to spray only did hallway and kitchen not were the roaches were coming from.. behind the oven and refrigerator I asked for him to spray behind the appliances he said no and left. I went to the office right after he left to ask for something else to be done they then scheduled the bombing for the apartment… had to be on a Thursday which is veryinconvenient given my work schedule. They came did the bombing I waited 10 days as they advised no one followed up with me so I had to go back into office because the apartment became over infested with roaches still. Now living less than 3 months still have the roach problem the bathroom is having issues not flushing right plus the caulking around the shower toilets and sinks etc. are separating or cracking. , there is a major leak under my kitchen sink which has caused my water usage bill to go up, there is now water damage which they could have avoided had they addressed the issue when I put the work order in according to the immediate issue the water leak should have been addressed right away.. I have Placed work orders in weeks ago… nothing has been address. no one has followed up.. I went to the office yesterday to once again complain about the problems was told they would follow up to have maintaince in to fix problems today and would add in the pest control to come spray again but would send me an email to confirm…. NO EMAIL or any form of communication has occurred. Just had pest control come in unexpectedly once again was so rude I have 5 kids pup while asking for him to wait a moment so I could move items out of the way so he could spray he got an attitude only spray the hallway and said they would reschedule. It’s now past 5 no one has come to fix the apartment issues. I am so beyond frustrated I am a single mom, dealing with all these issues HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING INTO THIS PLACE.
