I placed my request 3 weeks ago about a sink and dryer, they fixed the sink and not the dryer, then I received a gmail where the dryer and sink were already fixed, which is not true, the dryer was never fixed, I called the office several times to see when they would fix it and until today they have not responded to me, but they do charge the rent money very well.
