Aqua Apartments

I’ve lived here since December 2018. 4-5 months after moving in, roaches came out and haven’t left. I’ve told them about it multiple times and it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve noticed the foundation is horrible and there’s holes in so many places. My water pressure was horrible, the shower sucks. The fridge freezes your food/drink at the top. The stove is horrible. My microwave makes an extremely loud noise when I turn the fan on so I can’t use it. The dishwasher always breaks and it leaves so... many stains on your dishes so it’s not even worth washing them.
Also, I had somebody steal my mail and I called the leasing office and emailed the manager. The response I got was they don’t have any cameras on that side of the building. The part she is talking about is the hub, where your packages go and you pick it up with a code. My door was jammed and the hub came and fixed it and left my package outside. Somebody from the apartments stole it and they are doing nothing to help despite the fact that they do have one camera that could of picked up the suspect. Don’t move here. I’m a very tolerable person but this is the worst living situation I’ve ever been in. 1,050 for a 625 sq ft apartment right next to a train track with only one way to get into it and if you miss you have to make a 10 minute detour? And some apartments have a gate, most don’t. There’s no covered parking either. Also, your closet is occupied by a water heater so you have to maneuver around that. This place isn’t worth it and they don’t care about people, just their money. I’ve paid faithfully every 1st of the month and June will be my last. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Lee mas

Not only did the new management majorly hike rent prices, but they have done absolutely nothing to show for it. My main problem however, is that These are NOT technically one & two bedrooms!! In order for it to be considered an actual bedroom, theee has to be a closet IN the room. In the one bedroom, which I live in, your “closet” is also your ONLY storage via the hall closet, which is also the home of your water heater. You only get one row of hanging and 1/4 walls worth of shelving. Not a bad... space, but DO NOT list this as something it is not. 1bd=studio. 2bd= 1 bed office. (Also this place has a horrible bug problem, I’ve been here for 9 months and keep running into new pests, currently fruit flies in my fridge. For the first 4 months, COCKROACHES.) Lee mas

I'm insulted that I even have to give this place a one star rating because it's degrading to that ONE star. This complex is a JOKE, the lady in the front is beyond RIDICULOUS! (PLEASE GIVE HER SOME PROPER TRAINING ON HOW TO RUN AN APARTMENT FACILITY) A/C went out Wednesay night, called first thing in the morning on Thursday & was told ALL DAY that someone will be here around 4:40pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 7pm, then after that they stopped answering my calls. It's ARIZONA, having AC is a... necessity just like water ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT! It's Friday morning & we still have no A/C. She also said "call the emergency line, they'll answer calls 24 hours a day" but refused to give that number! A nightmare isn't even a word that can describe how horrible this experience has been! Save yourself the headache, time, & trouble and do NOT move here! This place is JUNK! Definitely reporting this place to someone higher because this complex needs to get shut down! Lee mas

The staff is rude and defensive when you ask multiple times for them to fix a problem and fail to do so. I cannot truly convey how big of a mistake it was to move here

I regret having rented here. Maintenance sucks, they don't take care of what you need done. and they charge you for it without even telling you. The office lady is rude and she Lies.
