The staff has terrible customer service. When we went to move in our apartment was filthy, we had mismatched appliances, our washing machine and dryer was miniature, we had broken blinds, several lights were out and again they never cleaned the apartment. When we reached out to the maintenance supervisor on Friday, he informed us that our gross apartment wasn't an emergency and we would have to wait until Monday as the entire office had left early to go to a picnic. Management never reached out... to us, even though they were aware of our move in issue, and they refused to refund us our application fees. After finally getting in contact with the manager, we were informed it would take up to 30 days to get a refund of our move in money and admin fee. Still haven't received anything. Please save your money and rent literally anywhere else. Terrible leasing agent, terrible manager, horrible maintenance supervisor and seemingly nonexistent regional supervisor.
