Best Beach Home on Shoreline

I have had the opportunity to reside at the Tower Apartments since November. I am so happy that I am here because of the wonderful service and kind heart of the manager. I believe the tenant/manager relationship should be amicable and it has surpassed my expectations. Prior to move in I had many questions. Though the location is amazing, I wanted to make sure it was a good fit. The manager was extremely patient in answering all my questions and assisting me in creating a smooth move in process.... The unit is spacious and renovated which is a big deal in Alameda. The grounds are always kept clean, I feel safe, and most of all it is quiet.
If you are looking for a beach home I think this is the best spot on Shoreline!

Best apartment community in Alameda

Forget everything you know about apartment living. Tower Apartments truly will exceed your expectations. The management team, Samantha and Brian, are incredible. They are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and just all-around helpful. We have been living here for a month and we couldn't be happier. The apartments are exceptionally spacious, comfortable and well maintained. But it's the service that truly sets this place apart.

Great experience!!

The property is beautiful and well kept. Any issues you have will be handled in a timely manner. Management is extremely accommodating and helpful with any potential things that may come up. Wish I didn't have to move out do to job change.

Tower Apartments

We have been in the building for 8 years. Our experience has been mostly good. We need a new dishwasher and refrigerator, but Brian has been very good at fixing problems with these and other equipments. Samantha has been the best communicator of all the 3 managers the building has had during our residency.

Great property with amazing staff!

The Tower is a great place to live with great amenities and residents. Samantha and Brian are lovely people and also extremely helpful and quick to respond to any and all issues that might come up. We will be living here for a long while!
