Always inconvenienced
They don't seem to care about residence peace. Multiple times insanely loud grounds work, or balcony replacement is done with no notice. They forget to notify all units that could be impacted. They really need to update their washroom servicer, you can't load laundry cards online, ot check if machine's are available without going all the way to one. Security slams the pool gates at 2am, and are slow to be avaliable when people are loud abd in pool after closing hours. You need 2.7 times rent to... qualify, if you have cosigner they also has mery threshold. After years if never missing a payment they require a cosigner anually. Overpriced, appliances didn't work turend put they were installed incorrectly. Only positives office staff is friendly, the grounds are clean,ample parking.
