Bugs, Dirty, Loud, OLD
Roaches have been an ongoing issue at this complex. They live in the landscaping outside, in the sewers and come up your drains, and in the walls of the buildings because the interiors are poorly keptup/managed in between residents. When the oven was pulled from the wall, a gap big enough to fit a finger through was found at the bottom base of the wall, allowing for any bug (ROACHES) to walk freely between our kitchen and inside the wall. The front door was also not big enough for the doorway... with a gap at the bottom allowing bugs to just walk right into the apartment from outside. Management wouldn't fix the issues and only offered to spray the areas with bug spray. Which did help, but not for long.....If you live in a downstairs unit, get ready to hear everything that happens above you, especially if your upstairs neighbors have kids. Every step and scream will be heard and felt. The floor/ceiling is very thin and sometimes it feels like an earthquake is happening but it's just your upstairs neighbors running and jumping around in the morning....Also the laundry rooms should be cleaned more often, specifically the machines because people are gross and wash with tons of dog hair or use detergent that gets everywhere. That has gotten better recently though....If you're lucky enough to get an assigned carport that's great, but the storage boxes in the carport are old wooden boxes that are cracked, weak, vulnerable, and left open in the top part of the back so when you need to grab something from your container, you will be met with tons of spiders and bugs living with your things. Still a decent place to live.
