Bay Meadow Apartments

She was a little rude and very unprofessional. When I tried to make an appointment to see the studio a week in advance, she wouldn't set me up an appointment because she said she couldn't think that far ahead but offered a tour for the next day. My boyfriend called a week later and we got an appointment. First thing she said when she saw me and my boyfriend was that the studio we were looking to rent only allowed one person. I wish the website had said so or she would have told us that over the... phone before we drove all the way over. I feel not allowing two people to rent a place is messed up as well, when people should only be paying around 30% of their monthly income on rent. When it comes down to it, she doesn't seem eager at all to try to rent the place out. Lee mas

lived here since september 2014. the apartment is old.. Parking is an issue.. They have 2 assigned parking for a 2 bedroom aprartment but the parking is too tight. If u park on the streets people here make it really tight that its impossible to get out.
