Parking is an endless competition. It will always seem like there is space open in reserved parking but you will never be contacted on if a spot is available. Rent is 200-300 more than expected because of shared utilities.

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re sorry to hear about your frustrations with parking and utility costs. We understand how important both are to a comfortable living experience. Our reserved parking spots are limited and in high demand,... but we agree that communication around availability can always be improved. We’re currently reviewing how we manage the waitlist and notifications, and your input helps us move in the right direction. Regarding utility charges, we strive to be transparent with shared utility billing, but we know it can sometimes be higher than expected. We’d be happy to go over your billing details and answer any questions you may have. Please contact our Resident Experience and Senior Community Managers, who are available Monday–Friday to work through any direct concerns with you and discuss your feedback further.
