Terracina at Wildhorse Apartamentos

I lived here for awhile, they are great apartments, the Manager Rebecca is super friendly and nice, the maintenance man is very fast and friendly. Good place to live.

This is the worst apartment ever! I have to stay there for 2 years. In the first year, it got wet and humid, and molds grew everywhere in the house. We told them to solve, and they just asked us to open the window and clean the area. We were smart enough to understand that. Then, when we complained since the situation didn’t get better, they cleared bushes in front of the house, but it didn’t work very well. The problem was our appartment is on the back side, when sunlight couldn’t reach us, and... also the ground was filled with waste water from other house’s AC. This year, we are still unable to live as we should deserve. We even feel wet from the carpet; inhale the humid smell around the house, and see some wet stains and molds on the ceilings, and I even see mold on the pillow I placed next to the wall. I have sore throat and the disease keeps coming back. My doctor said there was something wrong that I inhale, was affecting my respiratory system. Now, I only need to stay here for 5 more weeks, but the condition in this house is really overwhemingly over my bearing! I have to avoid staying at the house as much as I can, although I have to pay for the rent? How silly this is! Please avoid this apartment as all cost! Lee mas

It is not a seniors only complex but it is a Peaceful place for seniors. Management does not put up with riff raff and is very helpful.

The past year at this community has been nothing but pleasant. Management is always helpful and understanding.
