Park Place Townhouse Apartments

Where do I even start?? Unfortunately there was more bad than good. The manager takes AT LEAST 24 hours to get back to me. My keys don’t work usually, the pool is shut down most of the time and it is only really open in the summer (this is California— it’s literally summer all year) so why is it closed?? We can’t even hook up a sprinkler for the kids when it’s excruciatingly hot out. They DO finally have garage door openers to make it easy. The laundry room is small so most just go to the bigger... laundry mat on the street. Honestly the best thing about this place is (and why there are 2 stars) is the size of this place... it’s pretty big with a little back porch. The fact that we can walk to the kids school is nice. Also the amount of kids is amazing too... this is prob the only reason we have stayed (although they try to put restrictions on the kids but it doesn’t stick) if you don’t like kids running around and playing until dark- don’t move here.
My advice would be to get a new manager and maintenance guy who won’t cut corners and get the work done in a timely fashion.. this is a little ridiculous. Thanks. Lee mas

The nuevo manager is ok. But this place extra monitoring. There has been steeling and one day the mentance guy opened garage that is not his. There are three people who has keys the manager, the renter, the maintanance - The steeling has NO FORCE entry do the equation. This place sucks, hope someone will see this and do something. One bike was stolen from renters before and finally saw it in one of the maintance garage.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend the apartments are old the floors crack theres roaches even if you're a clean person and you clean your house there's always roaches. The laundry facility doesn't work and to top it off the maintenance guy doesn't fix anything when you ask him nicely to do it he takes his sweet time or he will ask for money in order to fix something which is not correct it's his job to fix things around here. He's rude,lazy, and unprofessional they honestly need to hire someone who... will fix things around here. Lee mas
