Nice Apartment Complex
Excellent management and maintenance staff. I lived there for 4 years. Maintenance requests were usually addressed and completed on the same day they were put in. Friendly neighbors and beautiful grounds and pool area.

Rip off your deposit when you move out
I lived there about a year. When I moved out, the management office charged several unfair fees. 1/ I applied pre-inspection service. The guy came in and walked around for ten seconds and left without a word. They charged me over $300 for cleaning and trash. They did not tell me ahead there shouldn’t be any item left. I moved in the apartment after remodeled. I kept that apt very well. But still charge me a big amount which is not fair. 2/ I left some items in the parking cabinet. The property... manager called me if they can dispose them and I said yes but he did not mention he would charge me $50 the the items they trashed. During this pandemic, I would rather go there trash them by myself instead of being charged $50. I tried to communicate with the property manager but he refused to waive the $50 trash fee. It’s so unfair and they are very unprofessional.

Family and community living
Beautiful newly renovated. Community bbq area, pool with brand new tables and lounge chairs. Clean accessible laundry area with gym. Secure building and parking. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with the small town appeal. Minutes from dining and entertainment. One of the best kept secrets in southern California.
