Lacking
Only 1 washer & dryer. Landlord constantly forgets to empty the change from the machines rendering them useless.
Rent controlled building, but the owner raises rent the full 4% every year.
Good luck getting your deposit back.
Constant last minute disruptive maintenance. Expect your parking spots to be taken & construction on weekends.
Don't expect repairs quickly or on your time frame.
Lots of noise from the other apartments can be heard.

Now Under New Management!
This property is now under new professional management and all repairs are handled very quickly!
If there are ever any issues with noise, please contact us and we will resolve the issue expeditiously. We promote Quiet... Enjoyment for all of our residents.
All parking spaces are assigned and there are no issues with residents using spaces that are not theirs.
The laundry room is kept clean and all washers & dryers are in tip-top shape.
This is also a Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) building which adheres to strict LA Housing Department (LAHD) rent control guidelines. The LAHD ensures our rent increases are always very low – far below the California state maximum which is currently 10% per year.
In accordance with state law, LAHD & RSO Notices are posted on property. Rent increases always conform to RSO metrics and are audited by the LAHD on an annual basis.
Security deposits are always refunded within 21 days after move-out.
It is illegal to withhold a security deposit after tenancy ends, and any instances of non-compliance can be reported to the LAHD.
