AMAZING!!!

I LOVE everything about this building! This is the only place I’ve ever actually wanted to sign a lease for the second year. The two front office managers are amazing, helpful and kind! Shannon feels like family at this point and literally always brightens my day when I see her. The amenities are ALWAYS cared for (cleaned daily) which has never been the case anywhere else. The pool is essentially a resort pool that is a great place to make new friends. The gym has everything you could ever want... so you don’t have to pay for a membership somewhere else. There’s a machine in the lobby where you can get free espresso daily & everyone who lives here is just super friendly and kind. If you have a pup it’s perfect for you too. On top of all of this the apartments put on events all the time. From a pool party with an open bar, taco stand, and a DJ to networking events with snacks and beverages. My favorite is the hot cocoa bar, with all the fixings, every winter. It’s amazing, so if you’re thinking about moving, definitely give it a try.

18 months in and loving it

Have lived here for 18 months and I love it! The most striking part is that the management team is so consistent and stable. They truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make life there great.

The complex is very clean and all the amenities are top class. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice but incompetent management

It's a beautiful building. Most of the tenants are great. Management is full of nice, incompetent people. Whether it's suddenly charging us to use the very amenities in the building that we are paying rent in, or, the fact that it takes security, an hour, yes, you heard that right, AN HOUR, to respond to anything OR the fact that they deal with numerous complaints from numerous tenants by doing... nothing. Seriously, nothing. I would not recommend living here until there is a change in... management. I'm sure the nice customer service lady SRG will respond to this review by saying how much they care and to reach out to them, but we promise you we have, numerous times, they don't care and no changes will be made. Nice, but incompetent.

Cheaply made and overpriced

The building looks nice from the outside but it’s not worth every penny they squeeze out of you. No parking spot included, extra pet rent per pet, no utilities included. The sound proofing is non existent and the first time in my life I’ve been able to hear the people above and BELOW my apartment. The gym is about the only amenity I was able to use consistently without it being broken. Packages have been stolen despite two secure package rooms and the “secure” bike area was broken into and... pilfered twice so far. The staff are lovely to speak to but the property management will take you for every dollar they can in the end. We left our apartment in a spotless clean condition and still lost half our deposit.
