The Q Playa Apartamentos

I toured The Q this past weekend and was so impressed. My in- person feel for it, far exceeded my thoughts from the online pictures. Based on what I saw, the building looks very well maintained. I even remarked to my leasing agent that the building actually smelled nice. It might be seem like an irrelevant detail, but I think it shows how much work they put into keeping it up. I get the sense that it's very social if you want it to be, but also seemed quiet enough in plenty of sections, that... you'd be at peace if you wanted to be.

Love the events that the management hosts. Almost every month there is a unique event that gathers the community together. From Sunday brunch to Comedy nights, movie screenings, culinary classes.. everything is just amazing. It's not just about free food and alcohol and more about the unique experiences that this management is trying to create for the residents.

Overall my experience here at the Q Playa has been great! The amenities are amazing. There are more amenities here than most other buildings for the price. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes from the airport, and 10-15 minutes to the beach. It's also only a 5-minute drive to my office which is an added perk! One of my favorite amenities is the coffee machine, it makes great coffee and saves me from having to make my own all the time. The gym is also a better than average gym. It's 2 floors... with all the equipment you could need and then some! They have a peloton bike, a fit mirror, and Pilates reformer machines! They also have fitness classes throughout the week! If you are looking for a place that has everything you need and then some, this is it! Lee mas

I love it here at the Q! Living here has been really pleasant and peaceful so far. Management is professional and outstanding with great personalities.
