Poor management
The amenities are nice. I would say the concierge, and valet do an awesome job. The problem with this apartment is with the management. I've been here 8 months. Had a terrible move in experience with management. Then recently during the rains our apartment flooded multiple times over 6 weeks. There was mold on the baseboards in my daughters room from ongoing flooding. Dozens of calls and emails with no response from management. They finally fixed the issue after about 2 months of rendering our... second bedroom unusable. However, still having an unresolved issue regarding this and it is impossible to get in contact with corporate. Have been trying for 2 weeks to hear back from them. I will say I think the new manager Koko is good and may help turn the property around, however the apartments have been through several managers while I've been here that have not managed the property well in my opinion. 2 out of the 8 months I've been here have been miserable and they couldn't care less
