Had a wonderful time during my stay at The Crest Pleasant Hill
I want to really thank Rosalyn and Stephen (management team) and the maintenance team (I am sorry I don't know your name...) of the Crest Pleasant Hill. During my stay (around 2 years) at the Crest, the management and the maintenance team have been very responsive, understanding and polite.
For example, one day, Rosalyn saw me trying to move something very heavy. She instantly offered me to use the dolly in the leasing office. Thanks to her help I could move the thing which I would never been... able to do with just my hands.
Also, my neighbor was having party late at night and I filed a complaint to Stephen and he took care of the issue and solved it right away. I did not hear my neighbor playing loud music at night afterwards.
Maintenance team is wonderful as well. I have yet to see an issue the maintenance team could not solve and he was always polite and very good at his jobs from replacing the broken shower and bathtub sprout to replacing batteries for the smoke alarm.
All of the staff members were very kind and nice! I consider myself very fortunate to have met such a wonderful team and I really enjoyed my stay at The Crest. It's a shame that I had to move from the Crest because I have transferred to a far away university.
Once again and for the last time, thank you Rosalyn, Stephen, maintenance team and the rest of the staff members for your help and support.
