I lived here with my roommate for only one year and we couldn’t take it after the first few months. A month into our move in we realized there was a big roach problem and prior to signing the lease we asked if there was a roach problem. To which they responded that pest control does monthly visits, but come to find out that they don’t come every single month. And when they did come it didn’t help whatsoever, we were furious and disgusted. We had to throw out most of our kitchen items during the... move out since we were scared that roaches would be living in them. Other than the roaches another problem was the maintenance. Once lived in we realized that they painted over every thing including the window openers, which made it hard for me to close my windows all the way. Which then caused me to have freezing cold nights. Along with this when we had issues with other stuff not working they would either do a sloppy job because they were in a rush or would come late or not come at all. One last thing the Manager/Landlord who was at the property was very rude and not reliable at all. I definitely do not recommend this property. Lee mas
