Very Poor management
the apartments are good. House a good community but the management is completely tone deaf to the residents. Arbitrarily changing rules and causing unnecessary inconvenience to residents.
eg. One out of two elevators have been non functional for over 4 months now causing delays during peak hours.
The roof has been stripped of cushions on the chairs so we can’t host events up there anymore
Fire alarm testing is done randomly (yes, sometimes without prior notification) disturbing not only the... residents but also the SFFD by having them drive down to the building for no reason.
There have been issues with the water randomly (the water just stops working at night and no one knows why)
The emergency number to help residents with unit issues at odd hours has been replaced by an AI.
I am for digitizing and moving into the future but the human connection is still important especially when it’s an emergency.
This management has no idea what they are doing and are happy to keep experimenting new ways to save money regardless of how that impacts the residents who do pay an exorbitant amount in rent each month.
I promise you, you will have find a better apartment than this one Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign with them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re currently in the process of replacing the rooftop furniture cushions and look forward to their arrival. Residents were notified in advance of recent fire inspections through both posted notices and email... communication. The recent water shutoff was due to an unexpected incident, and a notice was sent to the building once the issue was identified. Our emergency maintenance line remains active, and all after-hours work orders are followed up on promptly - either by phone, text, or a notice if the issue is already being addressed.
