Don’t live here!

I hope everyone consider this review before thinking about living here. Me and my husband lived here for almost 3 years, it was good pricing and the manager Mario was amazing (unfortunately he’s not the manager anymore). I don’t know what happened, but we started living a nightmare. One day we got home and there’s flooding everywhere, bathroom, living room, entrance…we cleaned up everything by ourselves, the new manager came and called the maintenance service for help, and they took almost 4... hours to come, we literally waited until 4am. When they finally came, they couldn’t do much and asked someone else to come next morning. Few days later our bathtub started flooding, we weren’t even using it. Besides that, we started having mold on our ceiling, the smell was so bad. We called our manager and the maintenance came and just painted it, nothing else. All the cabinets are very old and were literally falling apart. They also have problems with roaches and it’s very annoying. What else can I say? Our garage’s gate was broken for more than a week, nobody fixed it and some residents were having their things stolen from their cars. So many problems and frustrations, and now the rent is up and for sure is not worth it! Just to finish, we just got our deposit back and of course they charged us many things, which is unbelievable after all the problems we had.

Infested with Roaches!!! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE

Infested with roaches, incompetent management, paper thin walls. That's all you need to know. I understand housing can be a challenge in the South Bay, but please, for your own well being avoid this place at all cost!

I would give zero stars if possible, the place should be condemned and property managers fired.
